In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "php65," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the php65 online gaming platform accessible at php65.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and application programming interfaces operated thereunder.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the php65 platform, whether as a registered account holder or an unregistered visitor.
• "Account" means the individual member account opened by a User upon successful completion of the php65 registration process, subject to identity verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means the aggregate of all confirmed deposits, credited winnings, and promotional amounts (subject to applicable wagering requirements) held in a User's php65 Account in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to the Philippine e-wallet services operated by GXI (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) and Maya Philippines, Inc., respectively, which are accepted as primary payment methods on php65.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government agency responsible for the licensing, regulation, and supervision of gaming establishments and online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Terms" or "these Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time by php65.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations before a User may complete their first real-money withdrawal from php65.

By accessing the php65 platform, creating a php65 Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service or feature offered through php65, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and php65. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the php65 platform and must not create or maintain an Account.

php65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material amendments are made, php65 will notify registered Account holders by email or in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the php65 platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain a php65 Account and to use the php65 platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform;
• You are a natural person residing in the Philippines or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is permitted under applicable law;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any such individual employed by php65 or its affiliated game providers;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using the php65 platform is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from php65 or any other PAGCOR-aligned online gaming platform during an active self-exclusion period;
• You are accessing the php65 platform for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

php65 reserves the right to require proof of any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where a User is found to no longer satisfy these criteria.

To participate in real-money gaming on php65, you must first register a php65 Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Per User: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) php65 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. php65 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all related transactions and balances.

KYC Verification: In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, php65 requires all Account holders to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first real-money withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID) confirming the Account holder's identity and date of birth.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php65 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify php65 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. php65 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.

php65 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All Account balances on php65 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Withdrawal Processing: php65 is committed to processing GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within one (1) to two (2) hours of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day. php65's withdrawal processing commitment applies seven (7) days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account holder must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed;
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met in full;
• php65 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts as required by Philippine AML regulations;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the php65 Account holder;
• php65 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your e-wallet or bank provider may impose their own transaction fees.

php65 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all php65 bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Account holders only and may be limited to one redemption per Account, household, IP address, or payment method;
• Bonuses must be claimed and/or activated within the time period specified in the relevant offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically;
• php65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where fraud or abuse is suspected;
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money bets. Free game modes, certain game categories, and bets placed below specified minimums may not contribute to wagering requirements — specific exclusions will be listed in the relevant bonus terms;
• php65 may, at its discretion, impose maximum win caps on winnings generated from free spin bonuses.

All games available on the php65 platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. php65 does not modify game outcomes.

By placing a wager on any game through php65, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are final once a game round is complete;
• Technical malfunctions void all game plays and any associated wagers in the affected round. No payout is due in respect of a malfunction;
• Bets placed after a disconnection from the php65 platform are processed in accordance with the specific game provider's disconnection policy, which may result in the completion of the round without further player input;
• php65 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the User's end;
• php65 reserves the right to void any bet where it is reasonably established that a technical error affected the game outcome or where the bet was placed using funds obtained through a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php65 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the php65 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing any other person to access or use your php65 Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the php65 platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the php65 platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any representative of php65 to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the php65 platform in violation of Philippine AMLA;
• Accessing php65 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to php65 after associated funds have been wagered or withdrawn;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing php65 staff, support agents, or other Users of the platform.

All content on the php65 platform, including but not limited to the php65 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property (collectively, the "php65 Content"), is owned by or licensed to php65 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the php65 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any php65 Content without prior written authorization from php65;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the php65 platform;
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any php65 Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php65 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the php65 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

php65's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the php65 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude php65's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

php65 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any php65 Account where:

• A breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation is reasonably suspected or confirmed;
• The Account holder is determined to be under 21 years of age;
• php65 receives a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of funds deposited to the Account;
• php65 is required to do so by any regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the Account holder (such as in a responsible gaming context), to other users, or to php65.

Upon closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, php65 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified upon investigation, outstanding balances in verified Accounts may be returned to the Account holder subject to applicable withholding requirements.

Users may voluntarily close their php65 Account at any time by contacting php65 customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are subject to settlement of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

php65 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. php65 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic log-outs after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from php65 for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

php65's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the php65 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the php65 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

php65 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. php65 will never sell your personal data to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the php65 platform, or their subject matter.

php65 operates its online gaming platform in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaint concerning php65's operations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

php65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — that is, where they materially affect your rights or obligations as an Account holder — php65 will provide advance notice of such amendments through one or more of the following means: email notification to the address registered on your Account, an in-platform notification displayed upon your next login, or a prominent announcement on the php65 website.

The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Your continued access to or use of the php65 platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the php65 platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected] before the amended Terms take effect.
